The building is strategically located at the center of the site, occupying 85% of the built-up area, with walkways surrounding the structure and a rear ramp providing access to the basement for vehicles. The site features one pedestrian entrance, one service entrance, and two vehicular entry/exit points, ensuring smooth circulation.
The facade faces the roadside and is designed predominantly in glass, creating a modern, transparent aesthetic. The ground floor houses a shopping area, the first floor accommodates gaming zones and retail spaces, while the upper floors contain theaters and projector rooms.
A key conceptual feature of the building is the perforated facade integrated with glass elements, combining visual appeal with functional design.

Through this project, I developed a strong understanding of space planning for commercial buildings and studied the needs of public spaces. I learned how to attract visitors through thoughtful design of shopping areas, efficient circulation, and well-planned amenities. The project also provided insights into commercial constraints, building access, emergency exits, and regulatory standards, enhancing my ability to design functional and safe public-oriented spaces.
