This academic project involves the design of a rural retreat capable of accommodating up to 13 families simultaneously. The architectural concept is derived from the form of a joystick, translating dynamic geometry into the overall massing and spatial organization.
The project integrates premium amenities, including a luxury swimming pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, gaming area, and home theatre, along with spacious, well-planned bedrooms. The design emphasizes comfort, leisure, and functionality, creating a high-end hospitality-oriented residential experience within a farmhouse setting.
